6 Week Transformation
During your 6 week transformation program you will learn how to move your body weight and work with tools such as the kettlebell, steel mace, steel club and battle ropes using proper form. This first step in your transformation is important as you create a strong foundation to grow from while reducing your chance of injury. Once you understand how to properly move, you’ll begin to work towards your goal. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, increase strength, create better posture, increase stamina or just become a well-rounded, optimized human, we’ll assist you in the process. During this 6 week transformation program we’ll create workouts specifically for you, help you with nutrition and be a partner in your personal development.
